    Have you ever heard of karma yoga? We’ll focus on effort over outcome, release tension and recharge your energy. This mindful movement will help you clear the mental clutter, making room for deeper insight and creative thinking.

  • Creativity Session
    Using the grounding from yoga, we’ll then guide you to make art with compassion, reflecting on where you are now and where you want to be by the end of 2025. You’ll express your thoughts, feelings, and intentions through two creative exercises to clarify your professional and personal desires and help make them a reality. No artistic experience needed; this session is all about setting intentions, creating what you want, understanding your goals, and preparing for challenges ahead.

  • Community Space
    At the close of the session, we will reflect on your practice, and you’ll have space to share anything that comes up for you.  This is also a great time to ask questions and explore how these practices can impact your leadership and professional growth. We’ll then share more about how we can continue to support your professional journey with our offerings.
