Length: 1 hour

Format: A carefully crafted blend of grounding exercises, dynamic yoga, reflection, and connection. Perfect for any leader or professional looking to recharge, reconnect, and release stress. Perfect for leaders, executives, and professionals looking to relieve stress and restore their focus.

Agenda Overview

    45-Minute Guided Yoga 
    Start with guided movement and breathing to release tension in your “tech neck” and “desk hips.” This session will help you centre yourself, relieve physical stress, and feel both relaxed and energized. Options are provided so you can adjust the intensity to what you need.

    5-Minute Break
    Grab a tea or water, take a breather, and come back refreshed for a moment of reflection.

    10-Minute Guided Journaling Session
    Using prompts like, “What went well last week? What needs to change next week?” or “What matters to you most this weekend?” you’ll gain clarity on your recent achievements and reconnect with your intentions. Sounds familiar? Yes, it’s an inner retrospective.

    Optional Group Coaching & Reflection
    End the session with an optional community space for sharing insights, receiving feedback, or simply connecting with like-minded leaders who value well-being. You’ve just dedicated one hour purely to self-care, and that’s a powerful choice. Celebrate it!

    We’ll begin with grounding relaxation, move into a yoga flow for inner strength, followed by reflective journaling, and wrap up with optional coaching insights and group sharing. Each element is designed to help you decompress, access your inner resources and reconnect.
    Note: this yoga class is designed to make you sweat a little, but I’ll provide accessibility adjustments to make it as light or intense as you need to.

  • An Online, Relaxed, Supportive Space
    Show up just as you are. Whether your camera’s on or off, you’re welcome to connect with others or take this time for quiet reflection—it’s all about what feels right for you and in the comfort of your own home.
    Join from your computer or phone; it doesn’t matter. If you’re not used to practising yoga, joining from your laptop might help you see the exercises better and help me watch and correct you in case you need any help.

  • Flexible Access
    The call will be recorded and shared exclusively with registered participants who couldn’t make it live, so you can revisit the session at your convenience.
